We have limited space for vendors so be sure to apply as soon as possible. This form is not binding. A representative will contact you to confirm and finalize your participation before the event.
Rules & Regulations:
- Great Hall will be open for setup at 1PM Friday February 24th. If you require additional setup time, please let us know.
- Vendors need to be setup and ready for guests on Friday February 24th at 5:00PM.
- Expo hours will be from 6:00PM – 10PM on Friday February 24th and from 10:–AM to 6:00PM on Saturday February 25th.
- Vendors will remain open until closing time each day.
- Following closing time on Saturday, February 25th, vendors will clean their area and be out of the Great Hall by 7:30 PM. Please leave this are as clean as you found it.
- Vendors will be provided with: Pipe and drape if necessary, table, tablecloth and skirting. Access to power is limited and may include nominal fee.
- Vendor fees for this event: $100, with $50 to be refunded at the end of the conference if the above rules are followed.
