We have limited space for vendors so be sure to apply as soon as possible. This form is not binding. A representative will contact you to confirm and finalize your participation before the event.

Rules & Regulations:

  1. Great Hall will be open for setup at 1PM Friday March 2nd. If you require additional setup time, please let us know.
  2. Vendors need to be setup and ready for guests on Friday March 2nd at 5:00PM.
  3. Expo hours will be from 6:00PM – 10PM on Friday March 2nd and from 10:–AM to 6:00PM on Saturday March 3rd.
  4. Vendors will remain open until closing time each day.
  5. Following closing time on Saturday, March 3rd, vendors will clean their area and be out of the Great Hall by 7:30 PM. Please leave this are as clean as you found it.
  6. Vendors will be provided with: Pipe and drape if necessary, table, tablecloth and skirting. Access to power is limited and may include nominal fee.
  7. Vendor fees for this event: $100, with $50 to be refunded at the end of the conference if the above rules are followed.
